A residential building featuring 12 above-ground and 2 below-ground levels, offering 47 apartment units and a ground-floor commercial space. The project involved the demolition of the original block boiler house, utility line relocations, construction of new utility connections and paved surfaces including a parking lot.

The scope of work also included the installation of two prefabricated bathroom modules complete with fixtures and tiling and a car lift for parking.
