The reconstruction of the interwar-era Villa Lucerna, located in Prague’s prestigious Bráník district, was undertaken to preserve its historic character while creating a modern, high-comfort living space. With a sensitive approach to the original design, the architect successfully blended the elegance of the past with contemporary elements. Following the conversion, this residential villa now offers seven luxury apartment units.
